Cafeto 2 is conveniently located just steps to Los Muertos Beach in the heart of the Romantic Zone.  The unit is nestled in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo has a view to the entire city and from the roof top terrace it has a 360 degrees view to both the bay and the beautiful mountains. This spacious and fully furnished condo is fully airconditioned and has a washer and cable TV not to mention there's a large 55" Smart flat screen TV in the living room and another Smart Flat Screen TV in the Master Bedroom.  It's important to mention that the condo has a high speed fiber optic line and completemary cable package with 15 plus USA/English Speaking Stations.

This is where you'll find supermarkets, grocery stores and open air markets, sidewalk cafés and traditional taco stands, two hospitals, drugstores, shops, the only English-language theater in town and, of course, Puerto Vallarta's most famous beach: Los Muertos.

Getting Around Romantic Zone

Olas Altas Street (just 7 blocks away from the condos) is where it's all happening at night!

And talking about restaurants... there are superb restaurants, on the beach and along the streets, that serve mouth-watering dishes of all ethnicities: Italian, Austrian, Thai, Philippine, French, Swiss, Chinese, Japanese ...and Mexican!

• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.

• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.
