The apartment is situated in the raised area of downtown Puerto Vallarta, a 15 minutes walking from the promenade and the beach. An ideal location to enjoy the area, with its varied gastronomic, cultural and entertainment activities, or to get some rest and relaxation in the apartment’s infinity pool or terrace.
Enjoy spectacular views of the sea, the town and the mountains, with Puerto Vallarta’s famous sunsets! The apartment The Papelillos 3 apartment is on the third level, with elevator access from street level. The building’s access path runs through luscious green exteriors. The interiors of this modern, functional apartment are pleasant and naturally well-lit. It is in excellent condition, and perfectly equipped to relax and recuperate, without loosing touch with the area’s central buzz.
The living room has an smart tv which includes a Netflix account where you watch your favorites movies or series. The fitted kitchen is spacious and functional, with a granite breakfast bar which leads to the dinning area. The appliances are of a good size and quality. The main bedroom ocean view, A/C and a terrace. The second bedroom has independent A/C. Exterior common areas The building has a terrace, with a infinite pool, outdoor furniture, bathrooms, shaded areas and impressive views that guarantee beautiful, inspiring sunsets. This building has private parking and is pet friendly.

The area we refer to as 5 Diciembre begins right after the Hotel Zone, as you are heading into town from points north. In fact, you know you’ve arrived once the pavement on Francisco Medina Ascencio, Puerto Vallarta’s main thruway, has been replaced by brick roads and cobblestones.
As you arrive from points north, you will find yourself in Colonia 5 de Diciembre. Several medium-sized hotels and Teatro Vallarta, the city’s largest dedicated indoor performance space, are located here. Ley's Super market is also located on Av. Mexico. El Centro begins at the city’s historic Malecón and continues south until reaching Isla Río Cuale.
Beaches
Puerto Vallarta’s Playa Camarones is just a few minutes away commonly used for walking and swimming, and can be easily accessed through several dead-end streets.
Fish Market - Mercado del Mar
One of the best parts about living in PV is the abundance of fresh locally caught fish and seafood available year-round. Located just minutes away Mercado del Mar is our favorite Puerto Vallarta fish market. It’s located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood on Brasilia and San Salvador Streets.
