And cool down at night with our air-conditioned bedrooms. It's your vacation - It's all there for your choosing!
Each of the two bedrooms features an en suite bathroom and A/C (only the bedrooms have A/C units). Our home has an open floor plan, comfortable furniture, art, and gorgeous views of nature to help you relax and enjoy your stay.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with flatware, dishes, glasses, storage containers, pots, pans, and appliances to support whatever culinary adventures you have in mind. The utility room is also nicely-appointed with full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, mop, broom, etc., as well as an initial supply of cleaning products (for longer stays, you will need to restock these if you need more). The third bathroom is also attached to the utility room.
A note about our second bedroom: the description shows 1 king bed *and* 2 single beds, but what this really means is that we can convert the single beds into one king-sized bed, per your request. Note, the room does NOT have 3 beds!
The building is just 6 homes, one per floor. There is no elevator, so be prepared to use the stairs. We are also sometimes asked about whether the pool is private; as described in the listing, it is shared. However, with only 6 homes, and one is not yet sold, while another is occupied by the building developer, leaving the other 4 as rentals - it really is not very busy at the pool and terrace. We like to call it "semi-private", as there is a very good chance you may never see anyone else there!

• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.

• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.

• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
