Tower 1000 at the Grand Venetian has the best views of town, the bay and coastline and the mountain backdrop. Entrances are gated and security is 24/7. There are multiple pools, large, common jacuzzis and private hot tubs on the terrace. Plus there are two large infinity pools next to the beach (in front of Tower 1000) with exquisite views of town, boating and beach activities.

Each tower has underground parking and a beautiful lobby. There is an exercise center, business center, game room and theater room seating larger groups. Our condo, located on the 1st floor of Tower 1000 is one of the largest two bedroom models, with over 1200 sq feet of luxury living.

The condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender etc) and laundry. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV, with Cable TV and wireless internet. There are 4 bedrooms each with ceiling fans, a rear terrace and private bathroom with walk in showers and walk in closets.

Master bedroom has a King size bed and Guest Room hast two twin size beds. Linens and towels are provided.

A large laundry/utility room with extra storage is also included in the wonderful design of this condo. The main living area is open and airy. The kitchen has been upgraded for an enlarged granite counter and extra cabinets and there are several other built-ins.
