Vistalegre Rentals presents this long term rental studio located within a 5 minute walk from popular Los Muertos Beach. 

The small, quiet Mediterranean style building offers easy access to Los Muertos Beach and all the activities of the friendly Zona Romantica, also just 5 minutes from the front gate. You'll never need a taxi here, as the whole of downtown Puerto Vallarta is a short walk from your door - beach, dining, bars, discos, the Malecon (boardwalk), shopping and all the art galleries Vallarta is known for. And if you just need some quiet time, there is always the pool with its relaxing bay and city views. In addition, there are several intimate patios scattered around the building secluded by lush tropical foliage where you can enjoy the breezes and views.

This is where you'll find supermarkets, grocery stores and open air markets, sidewalk cafés and traditional taco stands, two hospitals, drugstores, shops, the only English-language theater in town and, of course, Puerto Vallarta's most famous beach: Los Muertos.

Getting Around Romantic Zone

Olas Altas Street (just 7 blocks away from the condos) is where it's all happening at night!

And talking about restaurants... there are superb restaurants, on the beach and along the streets, that serve mouth-watering dishes of all ethnicities: Italian, Austrian, Thai, Philippine, French, Swiss, Chinese, Japanese ...and Mexican!

• -Keep quiet after 23:00 pm
• -Switch off lights and A/C before leaving or Check-Out
• -Keep the place clean
• -Check Out is at 10:00 AM.
• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
• PASSPORT OR IFE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK IN
