Casa Coco (“House of Coconuts”) derives its name from the gorgeous large coconut palms which surround the property. This beautifully charming four bedroom, four bath villa accommodates eight guests and can be your “home away from home” during your vacation in Puerto Vallarta.
Convenience – The home is located within Puerto Vallarta’s city limits in the charming Zona Romantica. Three of the area’s best restaurants are less than a three minute walk. The cities premier beaches and shopping are only a moderate walk or short cab-ride away. The villa and its grounds offer panoramic and magnificent views overlooking the expanses of Banderas Bay and the city with its landmark cathedral, Our Lady of Guadalupe, with its famous crown steeple.
Privacy and Security – Casa Coconut is perched on a steep verdant knoll and offers seclusion, privacy and modern elegance combined with old world charm. The home is completely walled with an entrance from a quiet side street through a large and attractive arched covered iron gate. The walls coupled with the hillside location provide complete security and privacy without compromising the magnificent views of the city and Banderas Bay.
Casa Coconut has a spacious, open air atmosphere. The four bedrooms are separated from each other allowing multiple couples to share the facilities while maintaining their individual privacy. All bedrooms have private baths. This immaculate villa exhibits original artwork throughout and was completely renovated in early 1998.
Staffed Comfort – The staff of three will attend to your every need. Fidel, your houseman, supervises the rest of the staff and will meet you on arrival and acquaint you with the villa’s amenities. He speaks excellent English and can provide insight into local restaurants, shopping and attractions. Carmen, your housekeeper, provides complete maid service five times weekly. You groundskeeper, Felippe, maintains the patio, gardens and pool area daily (excepting Sunday). Your own private cook can be optionally arranged.
Amenities – The villa’s collection of art make it a mini-gallery. The blended use of masonry, stonework and native floor and ceiling tiles create an architectural masterpiece. The surrounding grounds and gardens make it a real tropical paradise. The large private swimming pool with its surrounding patio, old Moorish fountain, bar and shady “palapa” (large palm thatched umbrella) will be the focal point of entertainment and relaxation.
The furnishings and decor reflect the true Mexican flavor in an elegant setting. Each bedroom has individually controlled refrigerated air conditioning and all rooms and patios feature ceiling fans. Two master suites have king size beds. The front bedroom also has a king size and the back bedroom has 2 singles, that can be converted to king if need be. The home has a washer/dryer, three multilingual cable televisions, two VCRs and a stereo system.
Rates include the services of the villa’s staff of three. Carmen, your housekeeper, will meet you on arrival and acquaint you with the villa’s amenities. She provides complete maid service five times weekly. Your groundskeeper, Pacheco, maintains the patio, gardens and pool area daily (excepting Sunday). Your own private cook can be arranged for a small additional fee.
