Casa del country F3 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on 4th floor overlooking the Marina Vallarta's Golf Course. Enjoy a secure and gated Condominium that displays spacious grounds, a quiet atmosphere, with a relaxing large pool area. Situated on the fourth floor the Condominum has two bedrooms and two bathrooms large showers. There is laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is a TV in the living room. It has two large sliding glass doors, one off of the living room and the other off the master bedroom onto a large terrace. The spacious Terrace looks off onto the beautiful golf course. The unit is Internet and cable ready. There's AC throughout the Condo, however the afternoon breezes are very comfortable to provide a cool and comfortable temperature. 

There are two bedrooms that have comfortable mattresses, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen all the appliances.

The Condominums are situated walking distance to Marina Vallarta's boardwalk with many boutique stores, great restaurants and relaxing luxury Spa sites that provide beauty salon services and various Massage and Facial services.

• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
