This is a cozy and enchanting 3 bedroom 3 Bath The Punta Negra Condo is located only 10 short minutes south of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.

This condo has a kitchen, a dinning area,  and living room, the kitchen is big and spacious with every thing you need to cook, the dinning room area in big and has space for various people you could have over
The living room has a flat screen TV and the complex has A/C 

The bed master bed room has a king size bed, full bathroom, a closet and A/C.
The other bed room has a king size bed a well and a closet.

The balcony has view of the beautiful area.

Getting around.
Conchas chinas is a beautiful area that you you’ll need to check out!
There’s various beaches that are close by, naming one of “them Playa Camarones”
And the most known one “Playa Conchas Chinas”  witch is located at Bahía de Banderas, there the water is cristal clear and the sand is fine and soft, the sunsets at the beach are the most beautiful ones, there’s 2 characteristics that identify “conchas chinas beach” 
1: the rock’s that create natural pool’s 
2: the shells that you’ll find in the sand “for a reason it’s called Conchas Chinas right?”.
And to top it all off, we reassure you  you’ll get mesmerized by such beauty.

Around the area: there’s a lot of restaurants around you can go to eat at and enjoy the view if the beach and most pleasantly enjoy the summer breeze.
There’s a lot of little shops close by where they sell typical Mexican art and craft’s.

• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
• PASSPORT OR IFE WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO CHECK IN
