Personalized service, we are always attentive to support us in what we have. The privacy and comfort of our guests is very important.
Guests are assured that upon arrival they can count on the Casa Alebrije team to receive them, hand over a set of keys and give them a tour of the property.

"My house is your house", our guests have access to 166 m2 including entrance hall, TV area, dining area, very large kitchen, two terraces (suitable for smokers), rooms; In addition to a large roof terrace type with 125 m2.

Our guests can be trusted to mark as many times as necessary if they need help from us, as long as there is someone in the Casa Alebrije team if necessary.

Other highlights

Casa Alebrije is a property that is in favor of renewable resources that is why we have a solar heater. The water temperature can vary depending on cloudy days (warm water) or sunny days (hot water). The vast majority of days in Puerto Vallarta are sunny.
We like to please all our resources but we are also in favor of the protection of our ecosystem and our natural resources.

In some adj points of the property We have double anti-noise crystals for greater comfort and relaxation of our guests, however by our location no EVERYTHING we can avoid the noise that could be located near the center.

The consumption of electric power does not include the cost of the reservation. The cost of consumption is deducted from the security deposit.

• -Keep quiet after 23:00 pm
• -Switch off lights and A/C before leaving or Check-Out
• -Keep the place clean
• -Check Out is at 10:00 AM.
• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
