This long-term apartment is located in Buenos Aires, just 5 minutes from the Canopy exit on the 200 motorway. The apartment has nice furnishings, new dining room and living room. 

The neighborhood of Buenos Aires is often chosen for its location near the romantic area and the beach of the dead. More local services are available in these ' non-tourist ' areas as well, without having to fight the occasional buses full of tourists looking on the sidewalk in the center.

As Puerto Vallarta has grown, Buenos Aires has become a popular residential neighborhood for people who live and work here. It is quieter than the center with some views of only the mountains and the river which. Prices tend to be in the low range. This is the inside area on the right side of Libramietno along the river which, the main street heading west to the city along the river which will take you directly farmers market, romantic zone and the beach of the dead.

This resort has a common lounge and pool.

Getting Around

Emiliano Zapata's municipal market, although small, is worth a visit as it represents authentically the shopping experience in small towns throughout Mexico. It is located on the corner of Lazaro Cardenas and Camichín streets.

The ' romantic zone ' is located on the south side of the city, known as the ' Old town  '.

Here you will find supermarkets, grocery stores and open-air markets, sidewalk cafes and traditional taco stands, two hospitals, pharmacies, shops, the only English-language theatre in the city and, of course, Puerto Vallarta's most famous beach: The dead.

The high Waves Street (just 7 blocks from the condos) is where everything is happening at night!

And speaking of restaurants... There are magnificent restaurants, on the beach and along the streets, serving delicious dishes of all ethnicities: Italian, Austrian, Thai, Filipino, French, Swiss, Chinese, Japanese... and Mexican!

• -Keep quiet after 23:00 pm
• -Switch off lights and A/C before leaving or Check-Out
• -Keep the place clean
• -Check Out is at 10:00 AM.
• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 

CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
