This 3 Bedroom 3 bathroom House has a full-size kitchen, large living room and dining room. The master bedroom comes with a large walk-in wardrobe and a good-sized balcony overlooking the street. The 2nd and 3 bedrooms share a bathroom on the second level.

Area: fluvial Vallarta is a residential and is considered one of the most modern developments in Puerto Vallarta not to mention that it is a short ride anywhere in the bay.
The Hotel Zone offers wide soft beaches that extend from the Marina to the city. There Are 4 beaches in the area, from north to south, some hotels call their beach by their own names, but they are not official names (just so you know):

How to move-Golden Beach (Golden Beach)

A large, soft sandy beach, approximately 2000 feet long, stretching from Crown Paradise Club in the north, passes in front of Torre Vallarta, Golden Crown Paradise, Krystal and Torre Peninsula in the south just before the Holiday Inn hotel's location. It'S Common to see people riding in the area. The waves are soft and it's a good place to swim.

Plaza Galerias (shopping mall)

A relatively new shopping center in the north end of the hotel zone, offers many different shops, restaurants and fast food, a large department store (Liverpool), a multiplex (see movie Schedule), a casino, a gym, an area of Entertainment for children and much more. Among the restaurants and cafés of this shopping centre, we can mention the Stockade sirloin, Starbucks, Chili's and the Casa Arrachera.

• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.

• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
