This one-bedroom condominium and beachfront bathroom is located in the preferred South Tower of the exclusive PortoFino gated resort.

THE Condo is tastefully decorated with contemporary. There Is a private bedroom with a King-size bed, and a combination of sofa/double bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and table for four. The unit also has a washer/dryer, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.

The private balcony of the whole unit has patio furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views while sipping your morning coffee; Or, at night, enjoy the spectacular sunsets while sipping a cocktail. 

Maid Service of flats to the exit; Or, the maid service of flats can be available as often as you would like for an additional charge. The phone in the unit for local calls only; However, with the Internet service in the unit you must be able to use a VOIP account if you have one. You should Also check with your wireless service provider as most of the major cell phone companies offer long distance service in Puerto Vallarta.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX
PortoFino is a private complex with full-time security staff at the boarding gate and on all terrain. The impressive entrance features waterfalls and tropical plants and the gardens abound with beautifully manicured lawns and meticulously maintained tropical landscapes.
The Large pool area is surrounded by parasols and deckchairs for your comfort; Or, if you prefer the sand under your feet you can walk a few steps and take a shade under one of the many Palapas or refresh in the ocean. The poolside snack bar offers food and drink at a reasonable price by the pool, or you can request delivery to your unit.

• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
• (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
• CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
