The 3 bedroom/3 large bathroom unit (#1002 S) is a 3 bedroom unit, so it has a living room, dining room and extra large and spacious family room, a huge terrace for outdoor dining with lounges and jacuzzi , additional cupboards, capacity for 6 people and is located on the 10th floor of the favorite of Sou TH Tower.

PortoFino is a private complex with full-time security staff at the boarding gate and on all terrain. The impressive entrance features waterfalls and tropical plants and the gardens abound with beautifully manicured lawns and meticulously maintained tropical landscapes.

The large pool area is surrounded by parasols and deckchairs for your comfort; Or, if you prefer the sand under your feet you can walk a few steps and take a shade under one of the many Palapas or refresh yourself in the ocean. 

The Pool bar offers food and drink at a reasonable price for the sink, or you can request delivery to your unit.  

• The unit can be rented as a 2 bedroom (6 occupancy), using the master bedroom #1, bedroom #2 and the 2 sofa beds in the den, or as a 3 bedroom (6 occupancy) using all 3 bedrooms.

• -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
• -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Please make an accurate description of the number of staying. 
  (We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )

CHARGES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

• Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
• Lost key and card key
• Stained towels and sheets.
• Extra cleaning fee.
• Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
