Palm trees, mangos, guava and bananas, along with the bloom of ginger, hibiscus, bird of paradise, as well as the Buganvillea always present.
The neighborhood of Santa Maria is often chosen for its location close to the main thouroghfares and modern shops. More local services are available in these "non-touristy" areas as well, without having to fight occasional buses from tourists who are staring at the sidewalk in the center.
As Puerto Vallarta has grown, barrio Santa Maria has become a popular residential neighborhood for people who live and work here. It is quieter than the center of the city with some views of only the mountains. Prices tend to be in the low to medium range. This is the interior area on the right side of Francisco Medina Ascencio, the main street that heads north of the city, which extends to the north and east from the intersection with the Beltway.

- -Switch off lights and A/C before leaving or Check-Out
- -Keep the place clean
- -Check Out is at 10:00 AM.
- -The electricity isn't included from May 1st - Oct 31st. In order to avoid abuse of A/C a reading of electric meter will be taken upon check-in and check out to calculate the cost of electricity.
- -Late Check In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.
(We count a child who is older than 12 months as one guest. )
- Any smoking damage,Pee on the bed and floor.
- Lost key and card key
- Stained towels and sheets.
- Extra cleaning fee.
- Departure without turning off the power switches, such as the room lights, air-con etc.
