Cable TV is not available but there is WiFi and smart TV so you can access YouTube, Netflix, etc.
As a guest, you will have access to one parking space designated for the unit, 24/7 security, barbecue area, pool, garden, and the gym. All guests are expected to clean after themselves after using the common areas and they must abide by the rules.
